Today was a great day! Everyone slept well last night and we took our time getting ready this morning. We did experience some excitement as we entered the mountains surrounding the San Luis Valley. I am tired. 1000 miles in 2 days. The good news is we will be in Colorado tomorrow! We woke up early in the Wal-Mart parking lot and headed out. We drove straight through to Wichita and then on to Cheney Lake State Park. We got there about 5 and our site sucked so I made some calls and we decided to head on down the road.
